Our Pastor for the past fourteen years is Albert Harmon, lifelong resident of Stark County. He graduated from Wyoming Community High School in 1967, married Nancy, his high school sweetheart, in Bradford in 1969.

He worked here in Toulon at the Kraft plant until it ceased cheese production. He attended seminary in Washington, IL and received his Bachelor of Theology from Illinois Missionary Baptist Institute & Seminary.

He was ordained to the ministry on August 29, 1976

He has pastored two other churches over a 15 year period. During those years he also worked construction as a millwright and then at ALCOA in Princeville for over 10 years until he was called to pastor at First Baptist Church Toulon.

Nancy and Albert have two grown children, Howard of Toulon and Mike of Princeville. They also have an twelve year old daughter, Victoria. They enjoy their twelve grandchildren.

Pastor Al teaches one class each semester at the seminary from which he graduated. He enjoys working with computers and working at the lake where he and Nancy lived before moving to Toulon.
